After the market analysis, I defined the service structure and created a black-and-white prototype.
The core user journey was built around search:
Property Type → Parameters → Catalogue or Map → Compare Options → Property → Contact
The catalogue view, map search, filtering, and transition to the detailed property page were designed as separate but connected scenarios.
- The large number of parameters required a strict information hierarchy: key characteristics needed to be available immediately, while more detailed information was revealed progressively as the user moved deeper into the experience.
